The experience was cancelled the day before with no explanation , we had to reschedule for Friday or Saturday which we did. We were the only English on the trip everyone else was French. All the commentary was in French so we did not understand any of it. We were allocated an English speaking guide who was very good but he could only point out places of interest as he was not in charge of the microphone

You'll also have the opportunity to stroll down the alleyways and explore local painters' workshops. Enjoy lunch at a charming restaurant on the island before returning to Dakar in the early afternoon.
In Dakar, the heart of western Africa's political, economic and cultural reunification, you'll embark on a city tour. This includes a visit to the bustling "plateau" district, where you'll see key landmarks such as the railway station, city hall, Independence Square, and the Presidential Palace.
