Meeting point:

Present your ticket directly at the Burj Khalifa entrance, located on the lower ground level of Dubai Mall. Plan to arrive at the Burj Khalifa at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled admission time.

Burj Khalifa Levels 124 and 125: Monday to Sunday from 8.30am to 3.30pm and 6.30pm to 11.00pm. The Café: Monday to Sunday from 9.00am to 8.30pm
The Café visit will take place after you visit the observatory on your return to the ground level
Infants (age 0-2) do not need a ticket, admission is free of charge
