What to expect

You'll skim the Caribbean Sea on a jet-ski with the sun and ocean spray on your face for an exhilarating start to this neat, 90-minute trip. After zipping along the coastline of the Riviera Maya, it's time to slow things down with a guided snorkelling trip around Yalkucito. It's a protected reef, where you can spend around half an hour watching a rainbow of fish weave around the colourful corals. Then climb back onto the jet-ski to bound along the coast one more time to arrive back at Cancun Adventures Aquatic Centre.

What to remember

You'll need to be at least eight years old and able to swim unassisted to take part in this tour
To drive the jet-ski, you must be at least 18 years old and bring a full valid driving licence
For safety reasons, snorkelling is not recommended is you have respiratory issues, back or neck injuries, heart conditions, or any condition that may cause loss of consciousness
Just so you know, suncream is not allowed on this tour to help protect the reef environment
Please remember to bring your swimming gear, a towel, a change of clothes and protective sun wear
