During the workshop, you'll work alongside chefs from one of the most prestigious cooking school in the world - the famed Ferrandi school - who'll share their experience, know-how and culinary techniques with you to uncover the secrets of some iconic French recipes.

This course is suitable for all skill levels, and will be followed by a tasting on the spot in.

participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
the chef speaks English and French
recipes on the menu: duck, pumpkin and chestnut parmentier (every Wednesday and Saturday at 11.30am); butternut risotto (every Friday at 11.30am)
please note that, if the minimum number of participants is not reached, the local supplier reserves the right to cancel the class, in which case you'll be refunded the full paid amount
