Sitting at the intersection of art, science, and technology, the artworks do not exist independently; the environment creates various phenomena that become the artwork, offering a dynamic, ever-evolving guest experience and ensuring that no two visits will be the same.

What to remember

Not allowed:

Tripods and other equipment, such as monopods, selfie sticks or flashlights, are not allowed in the exhibition area
High heels are not allowed within the museum; suitable flat-soled shoes must be worn

Know in advance:

Monday to Friday: Tickets allow entry between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Guests can arrive at any time within this window without needing to book a specific timeslot.
Saturday to Sunday: Entry is permitted between 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with no requirement to reserve a timeslot in advance.

Certain artworks may have height restrictions for safety reasons. Please make sure to check before entering with your child
Children aged 12 and under are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the premises
For artworks featuring water elements, it is recommended that children wear clothes that they don’t mind getting wet or bring a change of attire
Some artworks include water elements, so it’s a good idea to wear something you can easily roll or fold up to your knees to avoid getting your clothes wet. To enter these areas, you'll be required to remove your shoes
The exhibition may feature dark spaces and uneven terrain, so please hold on to your child’s hand and keep them close at all times
Please be aware that certain UV lights, flashes and fog are used in the artworks
Ticket features access to multisensory art experiences across dry and semi-submerged areas
Children 0-3 years can enter free of charge
